Dimensions and fit

• Width: 90.5 in.
• Depth: 29 1/2 in.
• Height: available on request. Ask us before ordering if you are fitting under a fixed obstruction.
• If you are placing the island against a wall, allow a minimum 5/8 in. gap for the countertop overhang.

Before you order, check three things

1. Measure the run of wall or patio you want to fill and compare it to the width above.
2. Walk the route from your driveway to the spot. The delivery team brings the island to the place you choose, so the path needs to be clear.
3. Confirm the surface is solid and level. Patio, deck, balcony or rooftop are all fine.

Gas and power

• The grill arrives set up for propane. The propane tank is not included.
• A natural gas conversion kit is included if you would rather run natural gas.
• Gas connections should be made by a licensed professional. We can quote that for you after your order.
• The refrigerator needs a grounded outdoor rated outlet within reach. We confirm the exact requirement with you before your island goes into production.

Delivery

• Delivery included anywhere in Florida.
• Built to order and ships in 7 to 10 business days.
• Room of choice delivery. A two person team brings it to the spot you choose, not just the curb.
• You pick the date and a 4 hour window, with a call ahead before they arrive.
• Cabinets arrive fully assembled with the side and end panels already attached. The grill and refrigerator ship in their own boxes and are fitted during setup.
• Inspect the delivery against your order before you sign, note anything damaged on the receipt, take photos and keep the packaging until it is resolved.

What happens after you order

2. We call you within 48 hours to confirm your configuration, finish and delivery address.
3. WeatherStrong builds your island.
4. The carrier contacts you to book a date and a 4 hour delivery window.
5. Your island arrives and is placed where you want it.

Warranty

• 25 year limited warranty on the cabinets.
• Limited lifetime warranty on the Jupiter grill.
• 1 year warranty on the countertop and refrigerator.
• Brisa is your dealer of record. If anything goes wrong you contact us, and we deal with the manufacturer.

Free cancellation within 48 hours

Cancel within 48 hours of ordering and you get a full refund. After 48 hours a 40 percent restocking charge applies, because your island has gone into production by then.

Setup and gas connection

We can place the island, level it and connect the gas for you. Tell us when you order and we will quote it for your address.
